Returns are accepted for exchange only. We are happy to exchange any hat merchandise in perfect condition within 14 days of the shipping date.

Clients are responsible for the exchange shipping costs and any incurred import duties/taxes or customs charges on the package (on both original and return shipments).
For custom hats or sale items we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with the sizing of your hat, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org / 5215583228547
*When purchasing a new hat, it is important to be as accurate as possible with your head measurements to prevent getting a hat that is under or over-sized. You will need to measure your head using a clothes tape, or you can improvise using a piece of string and a ruler.
